Happy 3?th birthday Deandra! I made her the ugliest coconut cake ever, but it tasted great. The first two icings I made didn't work out (Dea did make some tasty divinty out of the first batch), but the third icing attempt was delicious. I believe a fridge is never properly stocked unless you have real butter and heavy cream on hand.

For some reason, Molly really enjoyed the fresh beets.
